A business executive with over 35 years of experience, Michael Emmons is a Kansas City, Missouri alarms systems seller. To obtain his skillset, Michael Emmons accumulated experience outside Kansas City across multiple industries.
While he attended college, Mr. Emmons worked as a sales district manager at Electrolux, a home appliance and floor care company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. From 1987 to 1990, he went from selling products via direct sales to training a twenty person team. Michael Emmons won multiple awards, including recognition as one of the top 10 managers in the country, across more than 500 offices.
From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Emmons worked at multiple water conditioning companies. At Ecowater of Coralville, he hired and trained a sales team and grew the firm so it became the second largest Ecowater Dealer in 1992, and the largest one in 1993. He progressed to operating a conditioning equipment company, Ionics, from 1994 to 1998. Mr. Emmons’ efforts enabled the firm to trade on the New York Stock Exchange, the only one in the industry to do so.
Since 2000, Michael Emmons has operated an alarm systems company. As of 2024, it earns over $70 million in annual sales, and between 2019 and 2025, it reached the top 10 companies in national sales, across 350 dealerships.
